Hong Kong Day 4 #Ced26atHK
August 13 - Yesterday, I've just turned 26 and spent the whole day at the most magical place on earth, Disneyland. Now, it's our last day at Hong Kong and for our itinerary, we will just walk around the city and visit some famous buildings of its iconic skyline. We also bought pasalubong and souvenirs before going back home. Here's our adventures in our final day in Hong Kong.

Bought souvenirs at the Elegant Tang Dynasty shop located at Peak Tower

Souvenir stores

Jollibee in Hong Kong!

Standard Chartered Wealth Management Centre building at the Forum in Exchange Square

Up close with the Standard Chartered building with the International Finance Center (IFC) Building at the back

Near IFC mall

At the Apple Store in IFC Mall with the view of the Hong Kong skyline

The Hong Kong observation wheel is a 60-metre tall Ferris wheel located on the Central and Wan Chai Reclamation overlooking Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong.

Colorful installation art inside IFC mall

Overlooking Victoria Harbour and Kowloon district

Ineresting mosaic sculptures

Hong Kong city streets

Time for lunch, Yoshinoya! I love the ginger!

Skyscrapers

My Hong Kong buddies, Tiya Tata, her friend Brenda, and Jotie. Thanks for accommodating us!

Famous buildings in Hong Kong. The Bank of China Tower (abbreviated BOC Tower) is one of the most recognisable skyscrapers in Central, Hong Kong, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect I. M. Pei.

Crossing the IFC mall from the North building to the South building

IFC Building and Jardine House. The circular design of the windows has earned the building the nickname, "The House of a Thousand Arseholes."

View of HongKong skyline from the IFC mall

And we're back at the Hong Kong International (Chek Lap Kok) Airport

Vintage plane model displayed at the departure area of the Hong Kong airport. Cool!

Just arrived at the boarding gates. This airport is huge!

Boarding gates with a beautifully designed interior. I love the tesselated ceilings, so futuristic!

Zài Jiàn, Hong Kong! What a wonderful adventure it has been! Big thanks to my travel buddy Jotie for making this trip possible and for making my birthday dream a reality!
After getting back home something unexpected happened. Jotie and some of my closest friends threw me surprise party and it was super fun! I'm overwhelmed with all their love.
Day 1: Ocean Park Hong Kong
Day 2: Macau
Day 3: Hong Kong Disneyland
Thanks for reading! Drop some comments below. Carpe Diem!
